蔬菜生吃,更有营养吗?

蔬菜富含维生素C、维生素B族等热敏性营养素,高温、高盐、紫外线照射都会造成营养流失,蔬菜中的膳食纤维、胡萝卜素等营养作用也会削弱。

使用来源于针叶樱桃和柑橘提取物的天然维生素C,提供多种活性成分,弥补日常腾食中维生素C的损失,为均衡营养加分。

PS:维生素C虽然为水溶性的,但是也不宜过度食用,摄入维生素C过多据说也会导致不少健康问题(不敢试😨)。另外,维生素C虽说对免疫力提升有益,但其实像感冒之类的小病,吃维生素C作用也不大😢。
